HOMEMADE Greek Salad 🇬🇷🥗❤️ QUICK and EASY | From Scratch
Bringing one of our most favorite salad - The Greek Salad!
Its juicy, its fragrant and its super fresh. Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Kalamata Olives and fresh Oregano will play the main part in this Greek drama :-).
Ingredients for 2 persons
(multiply by 1.5 for 3ppl or by 2 for 4ppl)
150g / 5.30 oz. Red and Yellow Peppers
200g / 7 oz. Salad (English) Cucumber
200g / 7 oz. Cherry Tomatoes
50g / 1.70 oz. Red Onion
4 sprigs of fresh Oregano + serving
100g / 3.50 o. Feta Cheese + serving
50 ml / 3.50 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 lemon Juice
Himalayan or Sea Salt Mill or grounded salt
Pepper Mill or grounded pepper
50g / 1.75 oz. Kalamata Olives with Pits or pitted ones.
The main idea of this salad is to keep it super fresh - so serve immediately. It actually tastes better if you keep it more rustic, so 3/4 to 1 inch cubed veggies is just alright.
