Extra crispy- Buffalo fried chicken sandwich 😍❣️🙏 with melted cheddar, pickles, and hot sauce❣️

RECIPE 🍔 For 2 people:
FRIED CHICK: 🍔
Ingredients:
-2 chicken breasts
-frying oil (aprox 750ml )
-cornflakes (or panko)
-batter: 1 cup flour, 1+ cup water, 1/2 little spoon of smoked paprika, 1/2 little spoon of garlic powder, aprox 1/4 little spoon of salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients for the batter. Dip the chicken into the batter, and cover in crushed cornflakes.
2. Heat your oil to aprox 350F/ 175C and fry aprox 5-10min (depends on the size of your chicks).
WHITE SAUCE: 🤍
Ingredients:
-3 spoons of sour cream, 3 spoons mayo, chives, salt, pepper, (optional: garlic powder, and little bit of wine vinegar)
Instructions:
1. Mix all together
RED BUFFALO SAUCE: 🧡
Ingredients:
- 3+ spoons mayo, couple spoons spicy red pepper sauce, worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, salt, pepper
Instructions:
1. Mix all together
Note: there is other option how to make the sauce- exchange the mayo for the melted butter, and you can eaither drizzle the sauce on the top of the chicks or you can bath the whole chick in the sauce.
SALAD: 🥬
Ingredients
- 2 big leaves of iceberg lettuce, 1/4 red onion, 1 spoon of the white sauce (from this recipe)
Instructions:
1. Chopp the lettuce and onion finely.
2. Mix with the sauce
FINISH:🍔
Build the sandwich:
1. Toast the bun.
2. White sauce on the bottom bun
3. Salad
4. Chicks
5. Cheddar cheese - melt it
6. Red buffalo sauce
7. Pickles
8. White sauce on the top bun
9. Close the sandwich
